Roles and Responsibilities of Grievance Committee
The Grievance committee is established to take up the responsibility of maintaining smooth functioning of the school and all the stakeholders.
It performs the following roles:
In the appointment of the committee members they shall have
Integrity, probity, sincerity and their credibility be considered.
- Develop and implement its proactive measures and activities to prevent grievance such as, employees, students, workers and parents.
- Minutes of the meeting proceedings and grievance received have to be documented in a proper order.
- Communication made to concerned committee for a grievance received after discussion.
